Can I order by phone or email?
It's not possible to order by phone or mail. If you need some assistance during your order procedure, don't hesitate to contact us.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
As long as you didn't proceed with the paiment, there is no order placed. If you passed the certified paiment link and you got an email confirming your order then you need to contact us in order to still cancel your order.

When can I expect my delivery?
We try to deliver as quick as possible. Depending in which warehouse the shoes are stocked the delivery can vary between 24 hours and 5 working days for Belgium. Other countries can take some more time.
In extra ordinary circumstances we'll notify the client about specific dates
When can I pick up my shoes at the store?
When you preferred picking up the shoes in our store in Kortrijk, your package will be ready for u the next day. In other cases you will be notified by email with a specific date.
How can I pay?
You can pay by Bancontact / Mr Cash, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa. OGONE takes care of the transaction through a certified link. Or by PayPal
What if I wanna exchange the shoes?
If your shoes don't have the right size or you desire another model or color, contact us. We will check if the desired shoes are still available and we can reserve them for u. Than you send us the wrong shoes to our address and when they reached us we'll send the other pair.
I don't like the shoes and want my money back.
U can send us the unworn shoes back in the original box to our address. Add a note with you bank account number. When we receive the package we'll refund the amount onto your account
